U.S. Supreme Court ruled in an 8-0 decision that military rape cases have no statute of limitations and upheld the rape convictions of 3 male Air Force members after the U.S. military’s highest court dismissed their cases. 

This is a huge victory for survivors of military sexual abuse who seek justice.
